Returns that are the result of our error should be returned to the address provided on the packing slip. Returns will be handled by either an in store credit or correct item shipment, at the customers choice. All defective items within 30 days of purchase will be replaced as an exchange for a new item. All other returns returned in unopened/re-sellable condition, made within 30 days of purchase will be will be issued store credit minus shipping costs. All returns shall be postage paid by either US Priority Mail or UPS. Due to sanitary reasons, all calls are non-returnable. If a call is defective, the address of the manufacturer will be provided.
